The NDT-CE 2025 organizing committee is inviting students to submit abstracts for the Student Award Competition. Submitted papers will be evaluated by a committee of experts from academia, industry, and the research community.

Eligibility

• Students at the undergraduate and graduate level at the time of submission are eligible to compete.
• Students must be the first author on the papers and must present their work at the conference to compete.

Nomination criteria
All the student authors are considered candidates for this Award. Originality and technical excellence are the two main criteria for selection.

Selection procedure

Students must submit an abstract by the submission deadline. If their abstract is accepted, then the full length paper must be submitted by the deadline announced on the conference website. Papers will then be evaluated by a committee of experts from academia, industry, and the research community. The evaluation criteria are based on the originality of the work, technical content and quality of the paper, organization and the clarity of the paper to help guide students in their manuscripts and presentations.

During the Conference Dinner, a plaque accompanied by a check will be presented by the Gold Sponsor to the awardee/s.
