- The registration fees include 20% VAT.
- Registration is required for those who will attend the scientific meetings as a listener or as a company representative.
- Regular registration package includes access to the entire technical program and exhibition area,
access to lunch, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, gala dinner and entertainment program, conference kit comprising of souvenir, brochure and other printed materials.
- In order to be eligible for student registration fee, students must submit the Certificate of Enrolment for the current academic year 2024/2025.
- If you would like to participate in the workshops, you can add to your registration at the online registration page.
*Student registration fee doesn’t cover gala dinner. Ticket for the gala dinner can be purchased additionally. (This rule doesn’t apply to Student Award Winners.)

Cancellation policy for conference registration:
- 75% refund if canceled before June 1, 2025.
- No refund if canceled after June 1, 2025.
