• Company and institute fees include registration for the event, welcome cocktail, gala dinner, conference bag, coffee breaks, lunches during the event and come with a 2m x 3m space, one table, two chairs, power supply and internet connection. Exhibitor will be listed on the website and the final program booklet.

In the case of a withdrawal, the event organizer shall make the following refund:

• before 30 June 2025: 50 % of booth rental
• from 1 July 2025: no refund
